Decisions, decisions
Deciding what accessories to style your bathroom with can be pretty stressful to determine. You want to make sure you get it right first time! To help you out we have looked at some of the tough decisions you may have to make when designing your perfect bathroom.
Bathroom mirrors or Bathroom cabinets:

A bathroom mirror or cabinet are rather essential to completing your bathroom look. You know you want storage but do you want it right in front of your face? You can get so many styles, so what style are you looking for?

If your bathroom is on the small side, we would recommend a cabinet. It keeps products out of site and conveniently stored away until you need it. If you are lucky enough to have space for storage elsewhere then a mirror would do perfectly. You could even get an illuminated product to add some extra style!

Overhead Shower or normal shower head:

An overhead shower can be tempting. They look very classy and stylish, and add that touch of luxury to your bathroom. They also give the effect of showering in rain, and who wouldn’t love that?!

A normal shower head can provide more of a powerful shower feel, which you might actually prefer. It’s ideal for a quick shower because it washes quickly and effectively.

If you have to choose between the two, go with what you feel you would use more. Whether you prefer a relaxing or quick shower we have plenty of options that will suit your needs.

Soap dispenser or soap dish:

Looking for an option to remove clutter? A soap dish or dispenser is essential for achieving a tidy and organised sink area.

A soap dispenser is also a good idea if you have young children. Most public bathrooms provide a soap dispenser making it an excellent way to teach your children how to clean their hands effectively. It’s also low maintenance and doesn’t require cleaning.

Soap dishes add a touch of sophistication to the bathroom. If you like the traditional approach to washing your hands then a soap dish is perfect for you.

Wood or non-wood products

I know what you’re thinking! Wood and water don’t mix?? Well don’t panic! All of our wood products are treated to withstand the wet and steamy nature of the bathroom.

Now that we’ve cleared that up, what do you choose? Wood toilet seats and cabinets are extremely eye catching, not to mention excellent quality. Even if you choose wood, what wood do you choose? Dark wood, light wood or even white painted wood.

Have a look at your current colour scheme; it can help you decide if a wood accessory would work. It can be very versatile and with the huge choice of wood, I’m sure you could find something!

If you like a clean minimalist look, a non-wooden toilet seat or cabinet may be the better option for you. They can add just as much class as a wooden accessory.
Shower curtain or Shower screen

This is a big one. A shower screen is clear and simple. A shower curtain can add a strong touch of colour. The practicalities of a shower screen are that it goes with just about everything; it (obviously) keeps the water from going onto the floor when showering. Additionally it is easy to clean and extremely durable.
A shower curtain can be mixed and matched depending on how you decorate. It can draw a room together with colour and illustrations. When used with a curtain clip a shower curtain can also keep water from leaking outside of the bath.

If you need full access to your bath a curtain is a good option as you can move it completely out of the way whereas a shower screen cannot be moved or dismantled without tools. If you don’t see this as a problem then a shower screen would be a good choice for you.

Whatever option you choose will provide a polished look to any shower set up.
